Last week the BBS arranged a small cocktail reception at the PUC for several of the Anglo groups here in the city to meet the new BCG Andrew Whittaker. We were all delighted to have the BCG attend himself with his lovely wife Alex. Andrew appears to be very active and I expect to see him around a lot. He is a charming young man. As I get more grey hair so many people are now appearing to me as charming young people.
