Dear St. Andrew’s Society,
It’s St. Patrick’s Day as I write this, and I am thinking about change. Early this month, our Trustees and Officers came together for a morning of Professional Development. In the past 10 years, some aspects of the Society have changed tremendously, and as leaders we were keenly aware that the best way to work with change is to actively engage with it, rather than passively let it take hold of us.
